Apartment 2:
This 100 m2 apartment on the first lower level is furnished in a country style with antiques. It includes a kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area with a stone oven, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a bedroom with ocean view, a bathroom, a hallway with storage under the stairs, and roof access. The entrance area is currently used as an office. The sunroom, attached to the living room, is bathed in sunlight, offering clear views and access to the balcony, glazed with sliding doors and partially covered with glass, providing views from east (sunrise) to west (sunset), with a dining area.
Apartment 3:
The second lower level houses this 40 m2 apartment with a compact kitchen, a living area with wicker furniture, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a wood stove.
